Do my clients pay anything?
No. Your clients open the link, read their audit, tick the fixes and accept. No account and no plan.
Why can Free not send quotes?
Free is for trying the audit. You can build the quote and see exactly what your client would see. Sending it in your name is what Solo is for.
How am I billed?
Monthly, by card, through Paddle, the company that handles our payments. Paddle works out and collects sales tax or VAT for your country, so the amount on your receipt may include tax.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time, from Settings in the app. Move up when you need more, or back down if you do not.
What happens if I cancel?
Your audits and quotes stay where they are. You keep the paid features until the end of the month you have paid for, then move to Free.
Is there a refund?
Yes, 14 days. See the terms for the details.
