Do I need an account?
No. The audit needs no account and no email. You create an account only to save an audit and build a quote.
What does the audit check?
Up to 8 pages: hacked or spam content, broken links and images, a visible phone number, contact, opening hours and prices, HTTPS and the security warning, a layout that works on a phone, an out-of-date year in the footer, plus search titles and descriptions. These are automatic checks, not a full review by a person.
Is it fine to audit someone else’s website?
Reading public pages is fine and we crawl politely. Only audit sites you may, for example your own or a client’s who asked for it.
Can my client change the price?
No. The prices are yours and fixed. The client ticks or unticks the fixes and can ask a question. Nothing else.
How many audits are free?
About 3 a day per visitor, and each website once a day (the result is reused). Solo has no daily limit.
How does signing work?
Your client types their full name to accept. We record the name, the time and the network address it came from, next to exactly what they agreed to and at what price.
Which currencies does it work in?
Quotes can be in any currency. Prices on this site can be shown in krónur, dollars, euros or złoty; subscriptions are billed in US dollars.
